Three years after having been identified as a target of a federal grand jury investigation and being told that an indictment on health care fraud charges was imminent, grand jury investigation closes with no charges against the Firm’s client after Nicholson & Eastin, LLP mount aggressive pre-indictment defense. During the pre-indictment grand jury investigation, Robert Nicholson, working closely with attorneys for several of the other targets of the investigation, made a series of detailed presentations to the government demonstrating the innocence of the firm’s client, a prominent physician.  Although the grand jury investigation resulted in charges against several other targets of the investigation, no charges were brought against the physician Nicholson & Eastin, LLP represented.
